316 Pro ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you use our website and services.
We may collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you submit a project brief or contact us, including your name, email address, phone number, company, and project details. We also automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and device information for analytics and security purposes.
For AI modeling and LoRA training engagements, you may submit source material — including photographs and likenesses of talent, product imagery, and reference datasets — for use in training custom models. You confirm that you hold the rights and have obtained all necessary consents to use this material for training, and that the intended outputs comply with our Acceptable Content and Ethical Usage policies.
Submitted source material and any derived training datasets are used solely to build the model commissioned for your engagement. We do not reuse your source images or trained LoRA weights for other customers or to train shared or general-purpose models. Resulting model weights are delivered to you under the rights set out in your plan (ownership for one-time access; a commercial use license for the active term for subscriptions) and are not retained by us beyond what is needed to provide ongoing support, refreshes, or retraining you have requested.
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, provide the services you request, improve our website, and communicate with you about your projects. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
We engage trusted third-party processors to operate our services, including Stripe for payment processing, Google (Calendar, Meet, and email) for scheduling and communications, and our cloud hosting and object-storage providers for application and file delivery. These providers process data on our behalf only to deliver the relevant service and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations. We share personal data with them only to the extent necessary to perform these functions.
We retain your personal information and project data only for as long as needed to provide the services you requested, comply with legal or accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Contact and enquiry data is retained while your engagement is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. Submitted source images and trained model weights are deleted at your written request once the engagement ends and no active subscription, refresh, or support obligation requires their retention. To request deletion, contact hello@316pro.co.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Our website uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience and analyze traffic. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some features of the website may not function properly if you do so.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at hello@316pro.co.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact us at hello@316pro.co.
